A SUCCESSFUL EVENT I PLANNED

Planning an event or even any of small tasks has a great amount of significance for its proper but yes rather can be said responsible execution from our side. Initially, this process was definitely not been easy in my case I must say, it usually used to get little bumpy, overwhelming in the attempt to balance the high value integrations  and interests of the attendees, and also in taking steps for distributing the tasks and responsibilities but it is when I joined the SUSHIKSHA workspace these mystifying things started to become handy, not only in the case of event management but also it gave me the mettle to take the decisions and implement our ideas in a true way.

There may be big ideas but they are nothing if it is not rolled into sleeves up and get down to actual planning that results in any big event or a program as a consequence. The numerous event held in our workspace may be Oratoria, Birthday-celebrations, and many other events rightly formulated me with all those preparations that had to be initiated by me from the backend for the well implementation of the event.  And I slowly started to be a part of some events and some tasks in my college take responsibilities and coordinate from my side. Finally, I got an opportunity to organize an event in my college, it was an event held prevailing to subject Enhancing Self Competence under the Department Of Humanities in our college. Here we as a team had to conduct various activities of our choice with sole purpose of mainly enhancing our leadership, communication, interaction. I as an organizer having the pre-exposures I did not feel it to be mystifying or tedious this time. With effective communication, sufficient attention to planning, allocation of responsibilities to each one in my team we together as a team designed a frame work for the event, glad that it went as we expected with coordination and cooperation of my team.

To see myself from a bewildering student who used to sit at one corner with the fear that I would be asked with questions in the event to organizing an event makes me to stay motivated and take initiatives to crack more such events with greater responsibilities.
