I started dancing when i was 3 years old Initially i dont remember how many dance performance i have given or performed. As i went to shishumandira we had different cultural programs like Krishna Janmashtami varshikothsava etc. My parents say that for me dancing was literally jumping all around, wearing different clothes,bangles and chains. That was different level of happiness.
As i grew up it has become a hobby to me and am continuing it even now Basically am not a good dancer but also i will never stop loving dance . Even today whenever i am tensed or feeling bored i just dance. Dancing helps to manage your weight and body fitness. We can also reduce our stress. It also helps you to inrease your self-confidence and self-esteem.

It provided individuals with a means to express themselves and their feelings, To communicate feelings to others, and to commune with nature.
